Abishai, also known as Johnny, is the Founder and Executive Director of Heal the World, a startup nonprofit rooted in spiritual education, environmental healing, and community empowerment. With a background in finance, IT, startups, and nonprofit leadership, he brings a unique blend of technical insight and spiritual vision to the organization’s mission.

A self-described lifelong learner, Johnny’s journey has taken him across three continents—Asia, Europe, and North America—where he has lived, studied, and immersed himself in diverse cultures and perspectives. Although he left his MBA program before graduating, the experience deepened his entrepreneurial mindset and global outlook, shaping his innovative approach to nonprofit leadership.

Guided by the universal teachings of love, service, and unity—as shared by Sri Sathya Sai Baba and other wisdom traditions—Johnny’s path is one of inner transformation and outer impact. His work is grounded in the belief that true healing begins within, and that collective action can uplift both people and the planet.

Through Heal the World, Johnny is creating programs that merge spiritual wisdom with real-world systems—from global light-anchoring pilgrimages and online workshops to mental health support circles and local empowerment initiatives.
