Abishai, also known as Johnny, is the Founder and Executive Director of Heal the World, a startup nonprofit organization dedicated to spiritual education, environmental healing, and community empowerment. With a professional background in finance, information technology (IT), startups, and nonprofit leadership, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and spiritual vision to the organization’s mission.

A lifelong learner and global citizen, Johnny’s journey has taken him across three continents—Asia, Europe, and North America—where he has lived, studied, and engaged with diverse cultures and perspectives. Although he left his MBA program before graduating, the experience expanded his entrepreneurial mindset and global outlook, shaping his innovative approach to nonprofit management and social impact work.

Guided by the universal principles of love, service, and unity—inspired by Sri Sathya Sai Baba and other spiritual traditions—Johnny’s path reflects a commitment to personal transformation, humanitarian service, and planetary healing. He believes that lasting change begins within and that collective action can heal communities and protect the planet.

Through Heal the World, Johnny is developing programs that integrate spiritual wisdom with practical, real-world solutions—including global light-anchoring pilgrimages, interactive online workshops, mental health support circles, and grassroots empowerment initiatives.
